Thanks for the link. I have been to the LDS cannery many times, but have not seen a comprehensive well thought out book on food storage.
I will print this tomorrow, bind it, and add it to my bookshelf. |

Thanks that really helps with the grains. Great info, I'm going to print it. We may not always have Internet or computers.
Don't forget the Starter kits the Church offers too. For 25 bucks you get a great deal. My three came last week. I did make one mistake. I had them delivered to the local post office instead of the house. The postal workers were very curious about the food delivery and asking questions.
